I completely forgot to post a TIU Tuesday last week...
Here is a little update for past two weeks.
I have still been running 3-4 days a week; however I am having a really hard time finding running shoes.
I got the Brooks Adrenaline and the arch was WAY too high, then they put me in some Asics that are designed for women but those felt a little bit too arched as well, so... I am still on the hunt.
As far as eating is concerned, I am making healthier choices but still haven't cut out all bad options. Easter was a real doozy; I ate a ton of candy. :/
I am gearing up and ready for the Bikini Series, this is my first year and I cannot wait to get started, I am SO EXCITED!
For the next 8 weeks, you are going to be updated on my progress and more specifics on my weight, measurements and all that jazz!
